Hearthmoor is a 534m², four bedroom FANDR Homestead designed for larger rural properties and expansive landscapes. It includes four bathrooms, a dedicated office, internal atrium, attached double garage and generous open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces.

Weathered Tallowwood shiplap cladding, large format Australian fieldstone and timber shakes bring a series of simple gabled forms together. Hearthmoor is more substantial in both scale and detail, with generous proportions and a warm, moody character designed to settle naturally into the landscape.

The internal atrium sits at the heart of the home, bringing landscape and natural light into the centre of the plan while the main living spaces open outward to the surrounding land.

Indicative build target: $2 million to $3 million

Final build cost will depend on the site, location, engineering, material selections, level of finish and how the concept is developed for the individual property.
