Custom Home Builder in Berry
Berry is one of the most beautiful corners of the NSW South Coast. Green hinterland rolls down to the sea, and the village has a heritage character that a new home should respect. FANDR designs and builds custom homesteads here, made for this climate and this landscape.
Built for the South Coast
This close to the coast, how a home is built matters as much as how it looks. Salt air and humidity are hard on cheap finishes, so we specify cladding, fixings and hardware rated for coastal exposure. They hold up for decades, not seasons.
Natural stone and timber do more than suit the setting. Stone adds thermal mass, soaking up warmth by day and releasing it as the evening cools. Timber insulates naturally and brings warmth inside. We orient living spaces to the winter sun and open them to the summer breeze, so the home stays comfortable year-round with less heating and cooling.
A style that belongs in Berry
Our homesteads are designed for settings like this: natural materials, generous light and simple forms that sit quietly in the green surrounds. They feel at home among Berry's farmland and heritage streets, not dropped in from a display village.
